MONARCH — PRIVACY POLICY

v1.2 · Effective July 13, 2026

Effective date: July 13, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Monarch Transformation Center LLC ("Monarch," "we," "I") collects, uses, shares, and protects your information when you visit our website, download our materials, or enroll as a coaching client. Monarch is a California limited liability company. Coaching is delivered personally by Sean Connick.

In plain terms: I collect what I need to coach you and nothing I don't. I don't sell your data. Your photos and results never appear in marketing without a separate signed release — and saying no to that release never affects your coaching.

1. What we collect

If you visit the website or download a guide: the information you submit on our forms (typically name and email address), and the basic technical information any website receives (IP address, browser type, pages visited) through our hosting provider. Our website, funnels, forms, and CRM run on a third-party marketing and hosting platform, which hosts the site and stores the contact information you submit. Form submissions are protected and routed by a network-security provider (bot and spam protection, and a secure form-delivery gateway), which processes your IP address for that purpose. No third-party advertising or analytics pixels currently run on our website.

If you book a Strategy Session: the intake information you submit — name, email, phone, age, city and state of residence, time zone, and your answers to the intake questions (training history, goals, schedule, and related lifestyle information).

If you become a client: the information described in your Program Services Agreement §9 — intake questionnaire responses; your mailing address (we ship you a printed Operator's Log and a welcome card); body-composition data (including scan results, weight, and measurements); progress photographs; weekly check-in data (weight trend, waist, compliance, nutrition adherence, sleep, energy, notes); photographs of your Operator's Log entries; recordings of coaching calls where you consent at scheduling; payment information (processed by our payment processor — Monarch does not store full card numbers); and Monarch's coaching annotations.

2. How we use it

To deliver and improve your coaching; to run the weekly check-in and Plan-of-Action cycle; to verify the Reclaim Sovereignty Guarantee (your Day-0 and Day-180 data is the verification record); to process payments and maintain business records; to send you the materials you requested and, if you opt in, coaching-related emails (every one has an unsubscribe link); and to comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

3. Who we share it with

Only service providers that make the coaching work, under their own privacy and security obligations. These currently include: a marketing and hosting platform (website and funnel hosting, CRM, and SMS/email delivery), a network-security provider (bot/spam protection and secure form delivery — processes visitor IP addresses), a training-delivery app (training delivery and messaging), a business-operations suite (billing, e-signature, and business operations), video-conferencing providers (coaching calls, including any call you consent to have recorded), a print-and-mail fulfilment service (which receives your name and mailing address in order to send your welcome card), a payment processor, and Monarch's secure cloud storage. A current list of our service providers is available on request. No third-party advertising or analytics pixels currently run on our website. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or in connection with a sale or reorganization of the business (in which case this policy continues to apply to your data).

We never give your data to other clients, advertisers, or data brokers.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except for the aggregators and providers that deliver the text-message service itself. All other categories above exclude text-messaging opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

4. Text messaging (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number and agree to texts, the messages we send are: appointment and session reminders; coaching and program messages; and the materials you requested. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing anything from us. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and you can get help by replying HELP or contacting us at [email protected] or (707) 230-5341. Your mobile phone number and your SMS consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.

5. Marketing use requires your separate, signed consent

Your name, likeness, photographs, results, and testimonials are never used in Monarch's marketing except under a signed Media Release — a separate document in which you choose, line by line with your initials, exactly what may be used. You can revoke it prospectively at any time. Declining or revoking never affects your coaching (Program Services Agreement §9.3).

6. How long we keep it

Client program records — check-in data, scan results, and annotated Log photographs — are retained as the authoritative record of your program, including Guarantee verification, and afterward as required for legal, tax, and insurance purposes. Lead and intake information for people who don't enroll is retained only as long as useful for the purpose you gave it. You may request deletion at any time (Section 7); we will delete what we are not legally required to keep and tell you if anything must be retained and why. A Partner's data and photographs are deleted on the Partner's request per their agreement.

7. Your choices and rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing [email protected]. We respond within thirty (30) days. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails via the link in any email. California residents may have additional rights under California law, including the right to know, delete, and correct; Monarch honors these requests for all clients regardless of whether the law's thresholds apply to a business of our size. We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising privacy rights.

Do Not Track: our website does not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals.

8. Security

Program data lives in the named platforms and Monarch's access-controlled cloud storage, protected by the platforms' security controls and account-level safeguards (unique credentials, two-factor authentication where offered). No internet service is perfectly secure; if a breach affecting your personal information occurs, we will notify you as required by law.

9. Eighteen and over

Monarch's website and services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18; if we learn we have, we delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the new version is posted at this address with a new effective date. Material changes affecting active clients are also emailed to them.
