Every other coach's business model depends on you staying. Mine depends on you leaving — with the body and the skill to keep it. The coaching dose is engineered to decline: I prescribe, then I teach, then I review.
I prescribe. You execute. Visible change by Day 30.
I explain why. You start choosing.
You drive. I ask the questions a coach asks.
A printed, hardcover journal mailed to you Day 0. You write 26 weeks of your own coaching decisions in it. At graduation you're holding the proof you can do this — in your own handwriting.
Week 25, live, scored on the call. Three parts: read your data, build your next training block, commit to one lever. You don't graduate until you pass.
The coaching dose deliberately declines — weekly, then bi-weekly — then returns at full strength for the certification gate. You earned the taper. Then you earn the test.
Two conditions, one promise — and it's not money-back. It's stronger.
Conditions: complete your weekly coaching calls (rescheduled counts), hit at least 80% workout compliance, submit your weekly check-ins (at most two missed across the program). Do the work and you can't lose. Real exit windows exist too — see cancellation & refunds.
