Monarch Transformation Center was founded in 2023 by Sean Connick, a NASM certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, and specialist in weight loss, behavior change, corrective exercise and performance enhancement. Despite his extensive credentials, Sean struggled with his own fitness journey for years. He would yo-yo diet, start and stop workout routines, and hit frustrating plateaus.

Through 8 years of trial and error, Sean finally discovered the formula for sustainable, lifelong fitness. He realized that quick fixes never last and that the key is flexibility - being able to live your life while still progressing towards your health goals. Monarch Transformation Center was born out of Sean's desire to share this powerful methodology with others.
