Your cancellation rights

• Cooling-off window. After you sign, you have a statutory cooling-off period (stated on the first page of your agreement, with a ready-to-use Notice of Cancellation) to cancel for any reason and owe nothing.
• The agreement-specific extended window. The 26-Week Agreement and Partner Agreement use 45 days; each California phase agreement uses 30 days. Maintenance is month-to-month — cancel anytime and owe nothing for any month beginning after your cancellation, plus a five-business-day full-refund window after signing. Inside the window on the agreement you signed, you may walk away for any reason and owe only daily pro-rata for the days used. Prepaid amounts beyond that are refunded.
• Life events, any time. Death, disability, or relocation beyond a reasonable distance from program feasibility — statutory cancellation applies, settled on the daily pro-rata portion — no early-exit charge (a small administrative fee may apply, capped at $100, or $50 once more than half the program has elapsed).
• If I can't coach. Extended coach unavailability is your cancellation trigger too — it works in both directions.

After the windows close

After the extended window on the agreement you signed closes, you may still cancel on 30 days’ written notice. The settlement is the full daily pro-rata value of the unused portion as of the end of the notice period; no early-exit charge is retained. The Reclaim Sovereignty Guarantee does not survive a cancellation under this section. Any refund owed is processed within 10 days. Your signed agreement controls if this summary and your paper ever differ.

How refunds are processed

Send written notice to [email protected] (any written channel works). You'll get same-day acknowledgment, the exact settlement math, and any refund within 10 days.

Why there's no money-back guarantee on results

Because refunds train people to bail when it gets hard. Instead, the Reclaim Sovereignty Guarantee works the other direction: do the work, and if the result isn't there, I keep coaching free until it is. Early on, you can leave. Late, I can't quit on you. Your risk is handled both ways.
