MONARCH — PRIVACY POLICY
v1.4 · Effective September 8, 2026
Effective date: September 8, 2026
Last updated: September 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Monarch Transformation Center LLC ("Monarch," "we," "I") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit our website, request materials, apply, or enroll. Monarch is a California limited liability company. Sean Connick delivers the coaching personally.
Consumer health data receives additional protections under our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy at /consumer-health-data. Where the two policies differ about consumer health data, that policy controls.
1. What we collect
Website and guide requests: information you submit, usually name and email; IP address, browser type, pages visited, request metadata, and security signals processed by our hosting, bot-protection, and secure form-delivery providers.
Strategy Session applications: name, email, phone, date of birth or age band, city and state, time zone, source, schedule, goals, training history, desired body-composition change, and related lifestyle answers.
Clients: intake answers; mailing address; date of birth; agreements and correspondence; body-composition data; photographs; check-ins; Operator's Log images; call recordings where separately consented to; transaction records; and coaching notes. The consumer-health-data policy describes these categories and recipient mappings in more detail.
2. How we use it
We use personal information to provide requested materials; communicate and schedule; review applications; deliver and improve coaching; operate check-ins and Plans of Action; verify a Guarantee where the signed agreement includes it; process payment; prevent abuse and fraud; maintain required business records; respond to privacy requests and disputes; and comply with law.
Monarch does not sell personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral or targeted advertising. Categories of personal data sold: none. Categories of third parties to which personal data is sold: none.
3. Who receives it
Recipient categories include website/CRM/communications providers; network-security and form-delivery providers; a training-delivery provider; video-conferencing providers; business-operations providers for billing, e-signature, email, scheduling, and storage; a payment processor; a print-and-mail provider; and cloud-storage providers. Each receives only the categories reasonably necessary for its role. A conferencing or account provider may also process limited service, security, support, fraud-prevention, or legal-compliance data for its own stated purposes.
We may disclose information when law requires it or in a sale or reorganization of the business, subject to applicable law. We do not provide information to advertisers or data brokers. Mobile information and SMS consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing; providers that deliver Monarch's own messages receive only what is needed to provide that service.
4. SMS
If you provide a mobile number and separately agree to texts, Monarch may send materials you requested, appointment reminders, and coaching or program messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help, or contact us below.
5. Marketing use requires a separate release
Monarch does not use your name, likeness, photographs, results, or testimonial in marketing without a separate signed Media Release. Declining or prospectively revoking that release does not affect coaching.
6. Retention and deletion
We keep personal information only while the purpose described in this policy remains live and then apply the category-specific schedule in the Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy where health data is involved. A verified deletion request controls over ordinary retention unless a specifically identified law permits or requires a narrow record to remain. We direct covered recipients to delete where required and preserve evidence of the request, verification, instructions, responses, and completion.
7. Rights, requests, and timing
Use /privacy-choices or email [email protected] to request access, correction, portability, deletion, withdrawal, an authorized-agent request, or an appeal. Consumer-health-data requests follow the process and shorter deletion rule in the Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy. For other requests, Monarch responds without undue delay and within forty-five days after receipt. Where law permits and complexity or volume reasonably requires it, Monarch may extend once by forty-five days and will explain the extension within the first period.
Requests are free unless manifestly unfounded, excessive, or repetitive, and Monarch bears the burden of showing why. We verify identity and authority proportionately and use a reasonably secure delivery method for sensitive responsive data. We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising a right.
Use /privacy-choices to record an opt-out of sale or targeted advertising. Monarch currently engages in neither, but records the request and will honor it if practices change. Qualifying opt-out preference signals are processed as required by applicable law.
8. Automated processing and browser choices
State can automatically route an application under Monarch's sales-territory rules. Application answers can produce internal advisory scores and flags, but every application that passes the separate state screen is routed to human review. Monarch does not use health or lifestyle answers to automatically approve or reject an applicant.
Monarch does not intentionally install advertising or analytics pixels on its public pages. The site uses security and form-delivery technology. Browser Do Not Track is not a universal legal standard; use /privacy-choices for a recorded request.
Monarch does not instruct a provider to use personal information to train a large language model. We do not knowingly submit intake answers, photographs, measurements, or call recordings to a general-purpose model for training.
9. Security
Monarch limits access to people and systems that need the information for a stated purpose and uses account controls available for the relevant service, including unique credentials and multi-factor authentication where configured. No internet service is perfectly secure. We investigate incidents and give notices required by applicable law.
10. Adults only
The site and services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that a minor submitted information, we stop processing it and use the documented processor-wide deletion workflow.
11. Changes
Material changes receive a new version and effective date. We notify affected active clients where appropriate and obtain affirmative consent before a new use where law requires it. Superseded versions remain available.
